How to Apply
FAQ
Brooklyn College is part of the City University of New York (CUNY).  You must submit either a CUNY Freshman Admission Application or a CUNY Honors College Application to the University Application Processing Center (UAPC).  The college guidance offices of many New York area high schools have these applications available.  You can also obtain them from Brooklyn College's Admissions Information Center.

In addition to a CUNY application, you must submit a Supplemental Application to the B.A.-M.D. Program Office.  You can view and print the Supplemental Application by clicking here, or you can request for us to mail you a copy.

summary and note of caution

In order to apply to the B.A.-M.D. Program, you must submit application packages to two separate places, the UAPC and the B.A.-M.D. Program Office.  College guidance offices at high schools become very busy in late fall, and occasionally they make the mistake of sending both packages to a single place.  In particular, if both packages are sent to the UAPC, your application may never be processed by the B.A.-M.D. Program.  It is each applicant's responsibility to make sure that her/his application packages are sent to the two proper places.  The B.A.-M.D. Program typically acknowledges by e-mail receipt of the Supplemental Application.  If you are in doubt, you can contact the Director, by e-mail or phone to make sure that the B.A.-M.D. Program has received your Supplemental Application package.
