The Magner Center for Career Development and Internships has developed a Project Hope Recession Action Plan designed to provide Brooklyn College alumni that have been downsized or facing an uncertain employment future with resources to assist them with finding and securing employment. Project Hope aims at maximizing the potential of alumni to meet the challenges of today’s economic conditions. The Recession Plan is filled with valuable resources essential to a successful job search or career change.
In addition to the Recession Action Plan there are other resources that can be quickly accessed that augment career change and employment search activity:
The Magner Center encourages alumni to maintain their connection to their alma mater, to return for services, and to contribute to the development of current students through participation in the activities of the Leadership Forum, the Professional Skills Training Program and the Brooklyn College Alumni Association.
