Brooklyn College of the City University of New York

During the time period beginning in June 1, 2008 and ending on January 11, 2009, the Business Program faculty of the Department of Economics at Brooklyn College have been quite active with numerous scholarly activities. There were 33 full-length journal articles published or accepted for publication. Besides scholarly journals, faculty wrote articles for magazines and newspapers to further disseminate their work to the lay public. Four grants were obtained. Faculty presented or are scheduled to present 27 different presentations, with some being included in conference proceedings. Faculty have been interviewed and quoted in the media. Faculty serve as editor-in-chief and on the editorial boards of numerous publications. Faculty have conducted research with students and there have been 2 journal articles and 9 conference presentations that include student co-authors.
