Prof.
Ferholt received an MS in Education from Hunter College/CUNY
and Ph.D. from the University of California/San Diego
Department of Communication, where she taught undergraduate
research courses in media and the design of social learning
contexts. Prof. Ferholt’s research interests focus on
emotional-cognitive development in adult-child play.
