Classes
Students register for two 3-credit English classes. These intensive four-week courses are held from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Classes meet in Hughes Parry Residence Hall, The University of London.
In 2007, we offered Shakespeare in Performance and Contempory London Theatre Survey. Full course descriptions are available at the above links or may be downloaded from the Forms page. Students participating in the program are expected to begin their readings before departing for London. Each course will meet for one mandatory introductory class at Brooklyn College before the group departs (dates to be determined).
In addition to the regular undergraduate offerings, we can also accommodate graduate and honors students on a self-designed study basis. Graduate and honors students participating in the program will be assigned additional reading and written work related to a research project to be determined on an individual basis.
(Student who have already taken the currently offered courses should arrange to meet with the program director. We can frequently arrange for alternate credit.)
